|Recommended: YesNice, Clean And Friendly. — The property overall is really clean. I love the layout of out apartment, it is really light and has a lot of open space. Christine person who manages apartments is a professional and she helped us in a timely manner, She explained everything and even took us on a second tour on facility because we were interested.
So far, I like living here.

|Recommended: YesOverall Satisfaction — People are actually friendly and polite especially when we first moved in. Building is actually well maintained and safety is secured however, cleanliness is not entirely well done, some tenants are not cautious about their trashes, whether inside the elevator or the area outside our balconies COVID 19 is still pandemic and people are not following the mandatory masks, we all should know that it is a necessary step to announced this to our community to minimize the widely spread of the virus and practice social distancing. This is quite a disappointed to me in a fact that other countries and their people are cooperating and value each other unlike here in our neighborhood and the entire states.
Human behavior inside the people are not that disturbing, which is a good sign of respect and peace.
Maintenance staff especially James are very much very accommodating and friendly. Thumbs up to them.
|Recommended: YesSolid Property — I would say, it is a solid accommodation. The walls are pretty thin, but otherwise, it is a solid place.
